We are a family run Electrical Contractor. We specialise in period property electrical installations and testing / inspection. We are able to cope with all sized projects and regularly carry out rewiring works ranging from period thirty plus bedroom properties, to small domestic extensions and consumer unit upgrades. We offer full test and inspection services and all our work is guaranteed and endorsed by Elecsa. We have a vast portfolio of clients including hoteliers, schools, developers, landlords, office complexes and domestic customers and are continually looking at ways we can expand on our client base. Commercial
At James Heale Electricians our staff are fully trained and experienced in designing, installing and testing commercial electrical installations. Our company has over 13 years of knowledge to make your work place safe, reliable and aesthetically pleasing.
Domestic
James Heale Electricians can transform your home, from fixing small electrical problems to refurbishing and renovating both old and new properties. We are Part P certified under the Elecsa brand, providing you with the reassurance that all works are carried out to British Standards as required by U.K Law .
Testing & Inspection
We provide testing and inspection services for both commercial and domestic works. We also carry out both landlords safety certificates and portable appliances testing (PAT).
Fire Alarms
If you require fire alarm or emergency lighting maintenance or installation, our sister company JHE Fire can help.
CCTV
James Heale Electricians can provide remotely monitored CCTV systems to help you keep a watch over your premises when you are not around. We also carry out routine CCTV maintenance to keep your system functioning as it should.
LED Lighting
LED Lighting is fast becoming the only choice when places need illuminating. James Heale Electricians have years of knowledge and experience when designing and installing LED lighting schemes. We have carried out LED installations in schools, car dealerships, zoo's, domestic properties and stately homes.
Period Properties
Over the last few years James Heale Electricians have become experts in electrical and LED installations in both period properties and stately homes. Our knowledge working on these properties means that disturbance to the building and its heritage is kept to a minimum, and always restored to its previous character with modern touches.
